HOW TO USE

PRIMAL-T

As a dietary supplement, take four (4) capsules in the morning or two (2) capsules twice per day. Use Primal-T in a repeating 5 days on, 2 days off cycle.


NIGHT-T

Take two (2) to three (3) capsules with 16-20oz of water about 45 minutes before you want to fall asleep. Be sure to take when you have at least eight (8) hours to devote to restful sleep.

    Great sleep

    I always have trouble falling asleep, then when I do I’m in a light sleep waking up often but using this has helped a lot, planning to continue using night t.

    Sleeping better!

    I'm sleeping for longer periods of time, and falling back to sleep quickly when I do wake up! And I feel more alert and rested when I wake up in the morning!

    I have trouble staying asleep and since taking this it helps a little bit, which in turn helps in recovery by actually letting me get some physical rest even if by an extra hour.
